Hi everyone, just a quick question.

Towards the end Bikram series, between the last set of sitting leg head to knee+pashimottanasana and the first set of khapalbhati breathing, is there a savasana and sit-up, or is there no break?

there is spine twist too all w/ rests before the next one

Right. 2nd set janushirasana, pachimottanansana. Savansana. Sit-up. Spine twist right, spine twist left. Savasana. Sit-up. Breathing.

Ah okay, I see. I must've gotten confused when posting - I actually meant to ask "between spine twist and khapalbhati" in my original post (which makes more sense.) Thanks amyf and thedancingj!
