Subject: unable to sleep, been doing bikram for like a month

ok, i know i have posted a thread just now, but i am just very curious. i had a class yesterday evening, slept 6 hours in the night, woke up 8am, had a nap at 2pm, now i am unable to fall asleep again. is this the effect of bikram, or just me? im feeling terrible cos i need to wake up at 6am tomorrow!

has my body been regulated though i do only 2 classes for the past 2 months?

it's probably just you.

i mean, yoga can be energetic and cause changes in sleep and what not, but it's probably just something else. it could be stress or any number of things not related to yoga.

guess what. i found out the reason. in my earlier thread, i mentioned that my biceps, triceps and trapezius muscles were sore. and it led to tension in the whole body, which was why i couldnt sleep at all.
