Subject: Heat for studio

I am planning on opening a yoga studio, hopefully sometime between January and March 2010. I am in the business planning stages and working out a budget and Have a question regarding Heat systems for hot yoga. I am a (power) vinyasa yoga teacher (not Bikram style) and I want to use heat/humidity for the studio. What brand do you use, how much do they cost to buy/install. How much more do they cost monthly to run (heating a room at 90-95 degrees through a midwest winter) Did you have your landlord put a special heat system in as part of the lease deal or did you install. Also I have heard of using space heaters and humidifyers. Does this work for roughly 1000 sq feet? Can you get ones that would not be an eyesore in the space? I haven't been able to find a lot of good information regarding this topic.
