Subject: Allergy

Hi everybody
I've been learning Yoga for about two months, I've been suffering from allergy for many years. I'm allergic to dust and some other things in the air and also some foods specially preserved foods and spices. I don't eat what I'm allergic to ,but the main problem is the air, so I keep sneezing and having a running nose all the year specially in the sumer and spring. I inject especial vaccine which works in a long-time period(about 3-4 years). The allergy has caused a chronic severe sinusitis and doctors say before doing something for it, I've got to cure my allergy first or it'll come back. The allergy is not that much severe but annoying. Is there any specific Asana which can help me or should I just keep doing my typical exercise ? does yoga help curing the allergy at all?
