Subject: Meditation teacher

Does anyone here have an actual meditation teacher? Who are these teachers, where do they come from, why do they want to help me? Does it mean to take up classes on meditation in your local area? Do you consult somebody online? Or is it just that you are required to live in east asia in a monastery for that kind of stuff.

I don't have a meditation teacher. I do my meditation myself. It's all about finding that spot in yourself where you feel at home. Just search yourself and you will find it.
