Subject: Vinyasa Yoga Workshop - Shanghai, China

Vinyasa Yoga consider as the "Yoga of Dance". In Vinyasa Yoga, we moves from postures to postures by creating a rhythm in breath and movements. That movements makes to feel the inner vibrations and which leds us to understand about the Universal Dance of Lord Siva which is happening in each atom of the universe as momentum.

In Vinyasa practices we applies two bandhas; Moola Bandha and Udhiyana Bandha. In that two bandhas Udhiyana Bandha have a great role in waking up that sleeping energy which is stored in us.

This workshop is focussed on basic Vinyasa practices which gives momentum and typical vibration inside us. Join with us to enjoy the "Dance of Siva".
