When doing downward facing dog

there is quite a difference in flexibility of my legs.

ie right heel on ground - left 5cm above

I don't really think I have different length legs

this inbalance isn't obvious in other poses or activites

what are some good poses to address this inbalance.

do you think the issue is flexibility of left leg - or hip?

Hello Nick,

This could be an issue at several locations in your body. Without seeing you and your practice there is no way to know if it's an issue with tight calf muscles, hamstrings, or something wrenching on your pelvic alignment.

If you are interested in ferreting it out, consider going to a yoga teacher that instructs an alignment-based asana practice.
