Losing excess fat doesn't have to be difficult. If you are looking to drop a bit of extra fat, then give these three quick and easy fat loss suggestions a try.
1. Drink WATER: and lots of it. This is the simplest but maybe the most effective thing you can do to aide fat loss. Forget about soft drinks (even the diet ones are loaded with salt) and juice (too many carbs). Good old H2O is the only way to go.

2. Switch from a diet plan focused around carbohydrates (breads, pastas, fruits, etc.) to one focused around lean sources of protein (egg whites, skinless chicken and turkey breast, fish, whey based protein powders and MRPs, etc.)

3. Eat small frequent meals to keep your metabolism burning on high. You CANNOT go 5 or 6 hours without eating, get extremely hungry, and pigout with one huge meal. This is without a doubt the worst way to eat possible, and you’ll never drop fat with this method. Instead, eat small portions every 3 hours or so throughout the day.

Agreed on #2, luckily I think the Atkins fad has mostly died down - but still too many people worried about Carbs. There is an inherent fault in a philosophy that says it is okay to eat the juicy burger if you leave the bun on the plate.

Yes this are nice tips for losing weight quick and easy. this tips are simple to follow. I more things you can add drink lot of water this will help to lose weight.

According to me the best and three quick loss tips are:

1) Do regulars yoga and exercise.
2) Drink lots of water.
3) Avoid nicotine.

I agree that exercise, eating healthy and drinking water are the most important keys to good health. Above all else, I think our health is the important here. However, if need to lose weight in order to get healthy, it's important to be conscious of your intake of calorie vs. those burned. You can't over do it on the vegetables, but you should limit your fruit intake to 3 a day (which is perhaps more generous than the typical diet, but it's fruit!). Be mindful of the fact that in order to actually lose weight, you'll need to burn more than you consume.

I suggest jogging daily, or take up swimming! Swimming works every part of your body, arms, legs, abs. plus, when you sweat your not as nasty as you would appear on land. Especially, the summer swimming would be best.

Jogging, swimming, diet, life-style, aerobics, etc might help you lose weight. BUT what does this have to do with yoga! Yoga asanas might make you healthy (no guaranty), which may result in better body tone. But this has nothing to do with yoga.

Eat healthy and exercise if you are looking for better health.

Fat doesn't make you fat, bad nutrition & lack of exercise do. Healthy fats help fat loss: they satiate and slow down digestion. Eat healthy fats with each meal: fish oil, olive oil, mixed nuts.

Here are few easiest ways to lose your weight quick and naturally. Doing work outs regularly early in the morning or later evening. Avoid eating too many calories or spicy foods. Make a habit of doing regular yoga and meditation, It is the best and natural way to losing extra weight.
