| Hello,
does anyone know where I could find any kind of video material about 26 bikram poses. I would like to buy it for my mother because she practises yoga. I am very new at this and I do not practise yoga myself but my mum is very into it and she said she would like to have some sort of a DVD about it, to guide her through it.
Any kind of answer would be a great help for me....

| According to Bikram's site at http://www.bikramyoga.com/bikram_yoga_product.php, there is no official Bikram DVD. If your mother is a Bikram practitioner, nothing else will do.
He does have CDs available though. |

| And books! The books are great. You could get her the "Bikram's Beginning Yoga Class" book. It's designed for people who can't go to a Bikram class but want to learn the Bikram 26 postures on their own. |
