This is the most unique training I have found I am curious as to how many of you are farmiliar with it.

Here is an article about it, http://www.scribd.com/full/37534417?access_key=key-iaccrfujetysvxyz1ca

IF you find it interesting meditate upon it.

Have an awesome day

I don't know if this necessarily fits under meditation but here goes nothing:

Rather than marketing scams or wonder DVD's that can help you on your way as fast as possible, find a good Taijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan) teacher that bases their teachings upon Shaolinquan (Shaolin Kung Fu) and proper Qigong practice. That will be more than enough to get you in touch with your Qi flow and will teach you properly.

Too many practitioners out there, this includes the millions of people in China, that are practicing Taijiquan and Qigong, do not practice it properly and don't understand the meaning of their practice. This ends up with the practitioners learning how to perform a "dance" without any knowledge of application or reason for its use.

Reading books such as The Art of Chi Kung: Making the Most of Your Vital Energy and The Complete Book of Tai Chi Chuan: A Comprehensive Guide to the Principles and Practice may help. But, you should never learn a Martial Art or Qigong from a book or a DVD, these arts should be learned from a good teacher.

Both books are written by Wong Kiew Kit, my Sigung and Grandmaster of Wahnam Shaolinquan.

Feel free to visit http://www.shaolin.org and the Wahnam forum at http://www.wongkiewkit.com/forum/index.php if you have questions regarding Qi flow I'm sure one of our Sifus will be able help answer them.
