| There are two type of fitness like general fitness and specific fitness. We get fitness of exercise, yoga, nutritious food, take proper sleep and so on. Due to fitness we feel relax and refresh as well as live happy and long life.

| Fitness is very necessary fro being healthy forever. To maintain your body fitness, make a regular habit of exercise and physical activities. Add some green vegetable and fruits in your daily diet. Drink lots of water in the morning to getting good fitness. |

| Fitness is very important for our life. With out fitness we can not do anything properly. To maintaining fitness you have to control on your mind and also on diet. Do not eat more junk food. Eat fresh food and hygienic food. Drink more water. Do exercise everyday. Keep walking. |
