Description
Our backbender provides an excellent way of tractioning your spine with out stressing other joints which happens with inversion devices that hang you from your ankles. Keep your head supported with a pillow while using this prop until you get used to it!

The backbender is a fantastic prop for supported backbends and helps to relieve sciatica and other pain from a compressed or stressed spine. It allows you to completely relax into the pose leading to non-attachement of the body and a calming of the nervous system.

A slanted foot board for Paschimottasana and Baddhakonasana is incorporated into this bench. A dowel or strap (not included) may be used in the cutouts on the bottom for that long forward bend you've been looking for.

Made from Baltic Birch, our bench is 17" tall by 52" long and 16" wide. It is the lightest (22lbs) and most versatile bench on the market.

This bench takes up to 2 weeks to build and delivery can take up to 1 week depending on where you live.
