How fast will I get the order? Your order was processed the same day you placed it with us. We then sent your order to shippers who ship out products via UPS or USPS in most cases. The shippers vary in how quickly they ship out these goods, but usually items are shipped in a couple of business days.
Don't be surprised if you get a partial order. That usually means that your shipment was coming from more than one location and the other items will soon follow. Contact us if that turns out not to be the case.

If you are not completely satisfied with any product we'll be happy to give you a refund or exchange. Just send email to staff@YogiSource.com telling us your order number and specifying the item(s) to be returned. We'll respond to you with detailed instructions for your return.
We work with various shippers and vendors around the country. Please contact us about your return within 30 days of receiving it. All shipping charges and insurance are your responsibility unless the item was shipped to you incorrectly by our error or is somehow damaged.
Please include a note with the reason why you were dissatisfied. Put your order number on the front of the box.

We welcome orders to be delivered outside the U.S. We ship these international orders at highly competitive rates. International shipping is calculated at the rate of $6.51 US per pound plus a small handling charge. The handling charge varies depending on the items ordered and their destination.

Shipping and handling charges are for regular shipments in the U.S.A. and U.S. territories. Sometimes a shipment may require multiple vendors sending items from different locations. We charge you shipping and handling that our vendor charges us, so shipping varies in amount.
We're sorry, but our store is on-line and there is no paper catalog at this time. If you'd like, we can send you a massage table catalog though. Just send us an email to let us know.
